NaughtOne launch addition to much loved Polly
Yorkshire based furniture design and manufacturing company NaughtOne has unveiled the most recent addition to their multi-purpose, free standing furniture portfolio.
NaughtOne has grown exponentially over the past two years, with the US forming an increasingly large part of their market; so much so that the furniture Company was placed first in The Sunday Times Export Track 100 and number 39 in the Sunday Times Fast Track 100 for 2017. The highly skilled team recognise the importance of differentiating and designing products for a variety of markets.
A staple in the NaughtOne portfolio is the Polly chair and barstool. Now not only available with a choice of steel base, architects and designers can specify the Polly chair on their choice of solid oak or walnut legs, combined with a seat in their choice of six standard RAL colours. The name Polly Wood is a direct reference to the honest use of materials used to create the product.
The new addition to the family further contributes to the wealth of options within the NaughtOne portfolio, allowing designers to tailor the product finishes to be incorporated effortlessly into a scheme, whilst composing products together, wherever and however they like.
Having been designed functionally and aesthetically for use in a wide variety of environments such as the workplace, hospitality and the home, Polly Wood provides a fundamentally comfortable ergonomic seat with as little visual detail as possible, whilst being luxurious. The polypropylene seat shell has subtle edge details, a soft texture and just the right amount of flex, all of which combine to provide a tactile and satisfying sitting experience.
NaughtOne has recently been awarded SCS Indoor Advantage gold certificate for their entire seating range, showing that their products conform to the ANSI/BIFMA Furniture Emissions Standard (M7.1/X7.1-2011 R2016) and ANSI/BIFMA e-3-2014e (Credits 7.6.1, 7.6.2, 7.6.3) for seating parameters. This will help their products score well for clients against LEED and BREEAM building.
