As a NaughtOne Associate Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the growth of NaughtOne sales within South India with Bangalore as the base territory and achieve agreed Sales targets. You will be responsible for building NaughtOne sales via A&D Practices, PMCs and end clients across the south region while also liaising and supporting Dealers whilst interacting with end user customers to win projects. This role will play a key role in delivering the NaughtOne India growth strategy.
To win business against a sales target for NaughtOne within the identified Territory.
To develop interest and buying potential for NaughtOne products in the given geographical area by working with A&D practices, PMCs, and End clients in the given Territory.
Maintain good working relationships with local dealer personnel maintaining competence and commitment to NaughtOne products and co-ordinate with Dealer resources against opportunities to increase NaughtOne sales in given territory.
To gain an understanding of the business opportunities locally and identify the key decision makers to ensure sales and promotion of NaughtOne products in given territory.
Perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives such as attend trade shows, evening dealer events and marketing events to grow brand presence and influence regional A&D audience.
Provide accurate forecasting information for total volume sales by product group and detailed information on specific large projects.
Proven track record of successful contract / capital goods industries
Sales & training experience (minimum of 3 years)
Always keeps external and internal customers at the forefront.
Strives to proactively address customer needs & to provide consistent high levels of customer service using high level written & oral communication skills.
Experience, knowledge & understanding of the contract interiors market, if not furniture, Flooring, Fabrics, Lighting etc

Dimension of role
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the role is Bangalore based. The successful role holder must also be able to travel within India as well as internationally to UK.
