The naughtone product range is 100% unique to naughtone, having been designed in house or specifically commissioned and we manufacture at home and increasingly internationally, to support our approach to sensible lead times, pricing and environmental factors. Our furniture is used by some of the most influential brands in commerce and culture and our passionate team believes there is no better proof of the relevance and application of the product range.


To drive Naughtone brand growth within Asia and Middle East Regions.  This role will work closely with the Herman Miller Regional Directors, Architects & Designers, Dealers and Clients to raise awareness and understanding of the Naughtone product portfolio and brand.   The role will work with Naughtone and HM teams to maximise sales opportunities, in the region.

Responsibilities/ Key Deliverables

  • Plan, arrange and host events to promote and raise profile of the brand and drive growth
  • Provide inspiring coaching and training on Naughtone product across the Asia region (internally & externally)
  • Work closely with Sales Leads to develop sales strategy by region and set ambitious targets
  • A&D Engagement and Dealer Support
  • Work as an ambassador to develop opportunities for the brand across the group
  • Produce marketing plan to support growth plans and work with teams to deliver resources/materials required to grow the brand
  • Create excitement and engagement when new products launch
  • Act as the bridge between UK & Asia teams to ensure fast, effective service provided to support regional growth
  • Part of the team, identifying barriers to growth and working to create solutions to develop opportunities in each sector

Dimension of role

Preferably the role will be based in Singapore, but we have flexibility to consider other options based on the candidate situation. The role will report into the Naughtone Sales Director, based in the UK but will be part of the local Asia Herman Miller team as well as local Naughtone team.  The role will involve travel across the Asia & Middle East regions circa 4 days in each region every 6 weeks and bi-annual trips to the UK.
