The Head of Customer Experience will be responsible for the delivery of a world class customer experience by developing best in class communications and customer care throughout the business.
As a key leader of the naughtone Operations team comprising Procurement, Logistics and Production the business focus is a flawless customer experience and OTIF (On-Time-In-Full).
The successful candidate will assess and enhance the customer experience in their journey with naughtone across all of their touchpoints in the business from Sales Support, Order Entry, Logistics & Accounts Payable.
You will ideally have gained a wealth of experience in leading a customer service organisation by clearly identifying customer needs and being able to communicate these to the wider operational teams with a consistent voice reflecting the naughtone brand.
