naughtone are recruiting for a flexible and highly motivated individual with a desire to build a career in an innovative and high performing business.

The Product Coordinator will be responsible for providing critical support for the development and growth of the complete naughtone portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for someone in a creative design or product role to gain experience and develop in a central, cross-functional position within the company.

Key responsibilities

  • Product specialist: Intimate knowledge of the portfolio, to ensure that you can speak with authority about it.
  • Management of new product introductions
  • Management of existing product content: This covers product marketing content, technical information (construction/materials), environmental compliance, pricing, competitive products
  • Product sales/market research
  • Product sales forecasting
  • Marketing communications: Product Coordinator works with Marketing team as they will be responsible for writing, checking and approving all such communications such as product news stories.
  • Develop sales and product training materials to ensure HM/dealer sales and design staff are fully competent to independently present HM and its product portfolio.

Person Specification

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Preferred knowledge of CAD software and experience using Adobe Creative Cloud software
  • Strong numeracy skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Communicates effectively by telephone
  • Eye for detail and consistency
  • Uses initiative when prioritising workload
  • Proactive and self-motivated with excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects and set priorities
  • Hold a current clean driving licence

Experience

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in a Creative discipline
  • Preferred 12-24 months experience working within a similar industry
