The Project Manager will lead and deliver large, cross-functional projects across our business. The role holder will have a proven track record in managing complex projects, co-ordinating multiple teams, and ensuring successful project delivery on time and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
This position will be held within the Product Management team but they will provide diverse, cross-functional support to the Product, Marketing, Engineering and Sustainability teams within the business.
Responsibilities / Key Deliverables
PROJECT PLANNING AND COORDINATION
- Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans and schedules.
- Coordinate project resources and monitor timelines.
- Support the day-to-day management of projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
- Monitor project progress and address issues or obstacles.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
STAKEHOLDER COMMUNICATION
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including team members, clients, and management.
- Prepare and deliver regular project updates and status reports.
RISK MANAGEMENT
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Track and manage project changes and risks.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- A level or equivalent with GCSE passes in Maths & English
- Certified Project Management qualification required (Optional: PRINCE2, APM, CAPM)
- 1 -3 years of experience in project management or a related role.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Highly proficient technical skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience with project management software
- Highly confidential, discreet and trustworthy
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Dimension of role
Based from the NaughtOne Head Office at Central House in Harrogate, this is a full-time permanent position reporting directly to the Head of Product Management requiring close collaboration across all functions providing project updates to the Managing Director and NaughtOne Leadership team.
