Alongside our global partner Herman Miller, naughtone has an ambitious, multi-national growth strategy. In order to support this growth, we have a fantastic opportunity within the finance team as Reporting & Analysis Controller.
It’s the perfect time to join a market-leading, award winning progressive business with an outstanding reputation. We are looking for an individual who can take responsibility for developing and enhancing the current reporting metrics of both financial and non-financial data. Analysing and translating the data into insightful commercial information to improve business performance and operational effectiveness. Someone with a natural ability to identify trends others may not see to support business case proposals is going to be key in order to maintain our impressive growth. It is a fantastic opportunity to work with the Senior Management team to form close working relations and share a greater depth of commercial insight and analysis to improve sales growth, add value and improve margins. Design and develop a new monthly dashboard to manage/analyse business performance, produce reports, forecasts and apply business modelling.
We are looking for someone who is analytically minded with a keen eye for detail and can draw on their previous experience in finance and analytics, but also has a strong depth of knowledge around sales, operations and procurement. Using high level communication skills and a collaborative approach to build successful working relationships will help you achieve the best results from those around you. Being mentally agile and confident along with a proactive and responsive approach will help you stay ahead of the game.
The post is a full-time position, will be based at our head office in Knaresborough and will report directly to the Finance Director. Along with free parking, company pension, 24 days holiday and various other benefits, there will be genuine opportunities for career progression within the business.
