This Sales Support role will provide administrative support specifically to both the UK (London) & APMEA Sales team being responsible for the creation of sales quotations & supporting on tender responses. The role-holder will also act as a conduit between sales, customers and the wider operations teams to help resolve queries to ensure we deliver a first-class Customer experience and meeting business demands of an on-time-in-full delivery to our clients.

Responsibilities  / Key Deliverables

  • Respond to client enquiries and generate priced proposal documents
  • Support bids & tender submissions
  • Complete PQQ’s and other client information requests
  • Create quotations quickly and efficiently ensuring overall accuracy
  • Review client specifications, co-ordinate proposal efforts with sales team members to develop an accurate and complete solution offering which meets the client’s specifications.
  • Participating in customer discussions as required to provide sales support and developing an understanding of expectations in order to meet and exceed requirements to maximise the customer experience
  • Provide excellent customer service as the frontline contact with our clients and provide administrative support to the sales team, enabling the team to maximise sales and improve the customer experience.
  • Answering and dealing as appropriate with general sales, sales leads and queries

Core Competencies

  • At least A level or equivalent with GCSE passes in Maths & English
  • Previous experience in a customer service / sales support role preferred
  • Competent IT abilities with previous experience in MS NAV preferred
  • Good knowledge of systems & process literacy
  • Highly developed interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Highly developed problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and to be able to work to a high degree of accuracy and to understand technical information
  • Empathetic to client’s requests / queries
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to drive projects forward and manage own work-load under pressure

Dimension of role

The role will be based from the naughtone Head Office in Knaresborough, however we do offer flexible work location arrangements. Reporting to the UK Sales Manager, you will be supporting a team of 4.
