As part of our continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an IT Systems Manager to join our team based at our head office in Knaresborough.
This role with be working within naughtone and alongside our parent company, Miller Knoll and their development team. This role will take responsibility for overseeing many different aspects of IT operations, infrastructure, service and delivery.
Whilst various aspects of the IT function are outsourced to external vendors. It will be the responsibility of this role to oversee and manage the business relationship with our external vendors whilst ensuring service levels and the needs of the business are being met. Business analysis, looking at trends and issues, along with route cause analysis and continuous improvements.
The role will undertake delivery of a series of projects to support the business as we continue to grow in both size and our international presence. Working on projects to make system adaptations as we move into new geographical territories and garnering a full interdepartmental overview of needs and challenges. Whilst finding system based workable solutions that ultimately deliver for the end user.
This role will also take responsibility for migration projects as we move further towards aligning naughtone systems with Miller Knoll.
