The new Middle Eastern headquarters of leading Japanese pharmaceutical company Takeda are located in Dubai’s business district. The 23,000 sq ft space blends traditional Japanese aesthetic with modern data-driven efficiency to create a stunning contemporary office. Completed by Roar, the headquarters celebrate the local context in which they sit, creating a point of difference from other Takeda offices around the world.
The interior concept is minimal and restrained, using textured materials such as wood, raw concrete and paper. The colour palette reflects that of Takeda’s brand logo, with NaughtOne furniture appearing throughout, in those colours.
