Sales Order Information

Terms and Conditions

Basic pricing terms
NaughtOne reserves the right to make changes to our price list at any stage. Orders that have been confirmed will not be subject to a price increase assuming the order is delivered within the agreed lead time. All prices are listed in local currencies.

Cancellation
NaughtOne reserves the right to refuse order cancellations after the 48 hour grace period has lapsed.

Payments
Unless otherwise agreed, payments are on a pro forma basis. All supplied goods remain the property of NaughtOne until paid for in full. Any credit accounts will be subject to an agreed limit.
30 days accounts are strictly 30 days from delivery as opposed to 30 days month end. NaughtOne will charge interest at market rate plus 3% on any overdue invoices. Payments should be made via
BACS at least three working days before payment deadlines.

Ordering
All orders must be received by NaughtOne in writing with a purchase order number; these will be responded to with an order confirmation. All order confirmations must be checked with errors
reported within 48 hours of receipt. NaughtOne will not be held responsible for errors between the PO and the order confirmation. Orders changed or cancelled after the 48 hour grace period will incur charges that must be settled by the client.

Delivery
Prices in this list included mainland UK kerbside delivery during business working hours on a NaughtOne specified day for orders over £1000.00nett. Orders under £1000.00nett carry a £55.00 delivery charge. NaughtOne has scheduled runs for each geographical location within the UK. If delivery is required outside of these standard runs a charge will be levied. Deliveries are based on a one person tailgate service and do not include installation. Large and bulky items will require assistance to unload. Deliveries outside the UK will be charged by weight and volume. Any goods not delivered but stated on the delivery note must be signed for as missing. Any damages must be reported to NaughtOne within 24 hours of the delivery taking place. Damage should be photographed and documented to ensure a fast resolution.

Installation
We can offer full installation services including technically difficult installation, places of furniture in situ and full removal of packaging. Installation will be charged on a job by job basis with a
minimum install fee applicable.

Storage
Storage charges may be incurred if a delivery is delayed by more than one week. NaughtOne can offer competitive storage charges for staggered deliveries should this be required.

Guarantees
All NaughtOne products are supplied with a 10 year guarantee against manufacturing defects unless otherwise stated. Any product grievance must be reported to NaughtOne with supplementary photography and supporting descriptions. NaughtOne cannot be held responsible for damaged caused through misuse of a product.

Lead times
The standard lead time is 6-8 weeks unless otherwise stated on the order confirmation. National holidays or shut down periods will be in addition to this 6-8 week period. When using COM materials or other third party products, NaughtOne cannot be held responsible for delays to the lead time. In cases using COM materials and third party products, NaughtOne must receive these items within 2 weeks of receipt of the order.

Tolerances

Dimension tolerance
All dimensions and specifications supplied by NaughtOne are by way of general description and not binding in any way. Unless separately agreed on the order confirmation, NaughtOne will work within manufacturing tolerances to supplied dimensions and descriptions. Please check with NaughtOne as to the exact dimension tolerance for a specific product or material. NaughtOne reserves the right to make changes to any specified dimension and product description at any stage.

Powder coating finish tolerance
NaughtOne standard powder coat is ‘semi matt’ sheen. This is a standard we have introduced across the range as of late 2013. Items ordered to match product prior to this date may have a slight
variation in sheen to new production. Semi matt is a roughly 30% gloss level and although we quality control the consistency of the appearance of our powder coated products, very slight differences in the sheen of some finishes may be observed due to the shape of the object and variations in ambient condition during the curing process.

Marble and composite stone tolerance
NaughtOne will quality control extreme differences in colour and inconsistency with stone and composite stone finishes but these materials will certainly have variation from physical samples and images.

Fabric and leather colour tolerance
NaughtOne quality controls all of the fabric we purchase for structural defects and extreme colour variations. We do however accept that fabric is dyed in batches to guide colours.
Therefore there may be very slight tone and hue differences between batches of fabric even if they are from the same range and supplier. This becomes most important to note when ordering
furniture to match previous orders or furniture from other suppliers.

Solid timber surface finish tolerance
Whilst we endeavour to match our timber products for a consistent look, there will certainly be variation from our imagery and samples.
Timber variations may include darker and lighter patches, tighter or more spaced out grain patterns. On some occasions, there may even be very small, shallow holes in the material.

Cancellation and Amendment Policy

Please note that all NaughtOne products are made to order using our clients exact specifications, therefore a number of nonrefundable components are products and procured during the order cycle. Consequently, if products are cancelled or amended after the order has been released into production, these costs will have been incurred already and will be chargeable to the client.
Upon receiving your NaughtOne order acknowledgement, we ask that you check this carefully to ensure that the acknowledgement matches your purchase order. Please advise NaughtOne immediately if you require any cancellations or amendments.

Cancellations or amendments requested 5 days after order acknowledgement will incur a 25% charge of the total item value.

Cancellations or amendments requested 10 days after order acknowledgement will incur a 40% charge of the total item value.

Cancellations or amendments requested 15 days after order acknowledgement will incur a 75% charge of the total item value.

For customers that hold a proforma account, your order will only be released into production upon receipt of payment.

All fabric changes requested 5 days after NaughtOne acknowledgement are subject to a 25% per item fabric amendment charge.

Order Entry Errors and Amendments
Customer Care are responsible for processing your order. If there is an error or an amendment is required, please contact them within 48 hours of receiving your acknowledgement.

When payment is required prior to the production, the stated lead time is based on receipt of your deposit within four days of receiving your order acknowledgment.

On making payment, please email your remittance to creditcontrol@naughtone.com

If a balance payment is due, our Accounts team will email a balance request invoice 2-3 weeks prior to your expected delivery date. This will be payable on receipt to enable our Logistics team to
release your order for shipping.

Delays to payment may lead to a delay to delivery dates.
