For their global offices, they sought furniture that blended residential comfort with commercial durability, helping staff feel at home while staying productive.
NaughtOne’s Always and Hush seating answered that brief with ease. Their soft forms and tactile finishes echoed Etsy’s handmade ethos, while their practical performance made them ideal for everyday use in a busy, people-focused environment.
Etsy needed furniture that felt informal yet purposeful—something equally suited to casual one-on-ones, solo working, or creative team sessions. The pieces had to feel warm and human without compromising on performance, sustainability, or flexibility. A key consideration was ensuring the furniture contributed to the overall atmosphere of calm and approachability that Etsy cultivates across its global offices.
The Always lounge chair brought gentle curves and generous comfort to breakout areas and quiet corners—ideal for moments of focus or informal meetings. Hush added acoustic value and a subtle sense of privacy, creating calm zones within open-plan spaces. Both products contributed to a layered, flexible office design that supports Etsy’s people-first culture, while visually reinforcing their brand values of creativity, craft, and connection.
