The Watch Factory

Knowsley, UK

Knowsley Housing Trust in Merseyside, UK, developed a significant historic factory building with two new build wings in Prescot, into Extra-Care Housing for the over 55’s. Form Interior designed all the communal and functional spaces consistently referencing the industrial past of the building whilst providing comfortable and homely spaces for the residents and visitors.

The double height space in reception creates a large airy entrance and the NaughtOne Rhyme creates a landscape within the space, setting the scene for the modern interior throughout. The client immediately fell in love with Rhyme and nothing else would do, it fits the space perfectly, drawing people through reception and creating a gathering point.
