A resourceful table system that unlocks possibility. Choose your colour, material and finish. Accessorise to meet function with form. Bend it, shape it, anyway you want it.
Changing work patterns have highlighted how flexible the humble table needs be. These days it can be called on to host task work, meetings, conferences, schooling, coffee drinking and dining – sometimes all within the space of a day. The Morse Table System is ready to meet the challenge, swiftly adapting to need with flexible configurations, neat cable management, optional integrated power, and a useful collection of dot-dash accessories.
Designed by John Tree, Morse just refuses to be categorised. In an airport it’s a bar-height surface for checking in on emails between flights. In a design studio it’s a canvas for collaboration, mind-mapping and creativity. On campus it’s a space for study, research and learning. And in an office it’s whatever you need it to be – whether you’re meeting, making, lunching or liaising. Humble just became heroic.
“The Morse Table System isn’t a family of tables; it’s a solution that can provide any type of table you want at multiple heights, in the style of your choice. Morse is designed so that you don’t have to choose between tables during the day: one table can adapt exactly to your need.
“It has a comforting and domestic feel, designed to be visually quiet, but there when you need it. If you clean everything off, it’s super minimal and neutral but bring your laptop, dinner or accessories and it’s there to be the anchor within the space without dictating the mood.
“We designed a range of accessories that require no tools to assemble; they simply drop into the channel. This empowers the user to adapt the table to their situation. If they want to have a zone to work in, they can drop a divider in and a little power unit and they instantly have a clearly designated area.
“The range of tops, legs and structural elements can really cater to any situation, at any scale, and in any context – from a tiny kitchen to a huge floor in a trading office.”

Engineered for performance, visually simple and backed by NaughtOne’s standard 10-year warranty, this is classic design not fast fashion.
Intentionally serviceable, Morse is designed to be adaptable in the future. Need double the length? Simply order an extra piece and add to what you have – it never becomes redundant.
All of the materials used are either recycleable or reusable. And a core option for the table tops is a range of linoleums, a renewable material made from natural elements.
Built to last, designed to adapt, engineered for an afterlife – Morse pays attention to the things that matter.
With Morse we challenged ourselves to do as much as possible with as few parts as possible. It’s about good design as invisibility – thoughtful engineering that is visually quiet yet incredibly robust. The aim was to make every part work really hard and really well.
Every component is carefully tuned. We spent hours on the legs, changing the circumference by a few millimetres to achieve the right balance of lightness and weight, strength and elegance. Take a moment to look under the surface – Morse is as beautiful from below as it is from above.
