We’ve been making furniture in Yorkshire since 2005. This month, we’ve given that work a new home.
Norquest House is our new 33,000 square foot factory, and for the first time it brings production, warehousing and customer experience together under one roof. It’s a big step for a business that started with a simple idea: design beautifully useful pieces, made to withstand time, trends and wear. 21 years on, that idea hasn’t changed, but the space we need to deliver it has.

Made in Yorkshire
Yorkshire’s textile heritage runs deep, and so does ours. Staying in the region was never really up for debate. Norquest House keeps our making close to our roots.
It’s also where we’ll set the standard for NaughtOne production worldwide. It’s our Centre of Excellence, and from here we perfect new designs so our manufacturing partners around the world can match our standards, as well as building furniture for customers across the UK, Europe and APMEA.

Better for our customers
Having everything in one place will really help streamline our production, making us easier than ever to do business with. It also means room for something we’ve wanted for a while: a new Custom Studio. Designers and specifiers bring us all sorts of briefs, and the Custom Studio makes it easier to create bespoke pieces shaped around the client, the setting and the use.
Better for our people
A happy factory is a good factory. Norquest House gives our team more space and better facilities: a spacious production floor, a big canteen, lovely offices and meeting rooms, a wellness room and a mothering room. Plus a pool table of course.

Lighter on the planet
Norquest House runs entirely on renewable energy and holds an A-rated EPC, so it’s built to use less energy and produce fewer emissions. Its location helps too. Being closer to our major suppliers and customers cuts an average of 8,500 miles a year from our journeys.

Five openings in three years
Norquest House is our fifth new space in three years. We moved into our Harrogate HQ and opened our London showroom in 2024, then opened showrooms in Chicago and New York in 2025. Each opening has benefitted the people that matter most: our customers and our people.

The kettle’s on
We marked the opening with the whole team, and now it’s your turn. Whether you’re a designer, dealer or seller, we’d love to show you around.
