Our new Sustainability Report reflects 15 months of hard work pursuing our strategic goals, setting out what we’ve done, what we’ve learned and where we’re going next.
The report covers January 2024 to May 2025 – a period where we focused on reducing carbon, improving materials, remove waste from our process and empowering our communities through education and volunteering support.

Several milestones stand out. Our UK factory in Elland is now powered by 100% green gas. We introduced Bio-Pur® foam in Truffle Pouf, cutting the carbon intensity of one of our most challenging materials. And we achieved 100% recycled plastic in Polly, Viv and Ruby chairs in North America.
We also continued to expand our sustainability thinking beyond materials. We delivered tailored Carbon Literacy training to customers in India, and we’ll extend this to North America and APMEA next. We also localised more production in Asia – a critical step in further reducing freight emissions.

As NaughtOne turns 20, this report marks a transition from baselining to applied insights and action. It focuses on transparency – sharing real case studies, real data, and real challenges. By sharing our journey openly – setbacks and successes valued equally – we hope we can help others move forward too.
