Each year, the NaughtOne team selects a local charity to support with fundraising throughout the year, so for 2019, we have chosen Martin House; a local charity that supports children and young people with life- shortening conditions, and their families, across West, North and East Yorkshire.
Whilst we can tell you plenty of fabulous reasons as to why we have chosen to support Martin House, their video will tell you much better. Give it a watch.
The fundraising kicked off with Creative Director Kieron Bakewell taking to the kitchen on Shrove Tuesday, to rustle up a variety of savoury and sweet pancakes and waffles, for all to enjoy whilst donating to Martin House. This raised a brilliant £92 which is a great start.
NaughtOne will also be entering the Leeds Dragon Boat Race at Roundhay Park on Sunday 19th May, where the team of 10 will compete against a variety of others businesses and groups, to ultimately become to greatest Dragon Boat Racers.
As part of the fundraising efforts, we have also created a Friday Lunch Club, where one member of the team makes a big batch of lunch for everyone to purchase a portion and eat together. Alongside raising money, it’s also a brilliant way for everyone in the office to get together and chat over some good food.
